Now that everyone is talking about natural ways to boost immunity, the wellness industry is coming up with a new immunity drink every few weeks. If you are like me who prefers a holistic approach to wellness, without spending too much money on bottled wellness products, do check this easy recipe for Turmeric Shots. If you love your coffee or tea first thing in the morning, drink this an hour before your caffeine intake.

⏺1 cup lukewarm water
⏺1/4 tsp turmeric powder
⏺A pinch of black pepper
⏺1 tsp fresh lemon / lime juice
⏺Few drops of honey(optional)

⏩Mix all the ingredients well and drink right away.

This drink is an easy way to boost immunity. You can call it wellness shot or immunity drink – whatever you like 😊. It is just so much better then bottled wellness products flooding the grocery stores!!
