
Indian Cooking Classes – 8-Week Series
We have been hosting Indian Cooking Classes in COS since 2017. Learn to cook authentic Indian dishes with Monika Celly in Colorado Springs! Experience the vibrant flavors of India right here in Colorado Springs! This 8-week hands-on cooking class series is designed to introduce you to the magic of Indian cuisine—one spice at a time.
Each 2.5-hour class features 4 authentic recipes, blending hands-on practice with step-by-step guidance, cultural stories, and spice knowledge. You’ll learn to make everything from buttery North Indian curries to South Indian dosas, street food favorites, and celebratory sweets.
Whether you’re a beginner in the kitchen or looking to expand your cooking skills, our Indian Cooking Classes will help you gain confidence, discover new ingredients, and take home delicious recipes your family will love.

Week 1 – Indian Essentials & Spice Mastery–September 5th, 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Learn the basics of Indian cooking – oil tempering, essential spices and DIY Garam Masala
