Smoothies are the perfect post workout snack. They are easy to make and digest.They are thick and creamy full of all the essential nutrients needed buy our bodies after a sweat session. In this recipe, you may use soy milk or almond milk. Skip the sugar or artificial sweetener for a healthier pick; the fruit makes it naturally sweet. And yes, you can have it for breakfast too.

1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Cut all the fruit in small pieces & throw them in blender. Add oatmeal & milk. Blend (30 – 60 seconds ) & make a puree until you reach the texture you want.
- Oatmeal is a good source of Vitamin B1, iron, phosphorous & magnesium.
- Strawberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C while bananas are rich in potassium & fiber.
