Join us for a flavorful vegan cooking class where we’ll whip up an indulgent Breakfast Buffet—Indian style! You will learn about three of the most popular savory breakfasts in India. These are naturally gluten free and vegan. This class is a part of Vegan Restaurant Week.

🥞 Lentil Pancakes (Dal Chilla) – protein-packed and savory
🍚 Poha with Green Chutney – light, zesty, and satisfying

Brief description of the dishes:

🌿 Lentil Pancakes (Dal Chilla):
Made from protein-rich yellow lentils, Dal Chilla is a savory Indian pancake spiced with herbs and chilies. It’s light, nutritious, and pairs beautifully with chutneys or pickles.

🍋 Poha with Green Chutney:
Poha is a fluffy, lightly spiced dish made from flattened rice, tempered with curry leaves, mustard seeds, and turmeric. Served with tangy green chutney, it’s a comforting and wholesome breakfast favorite.

🌱 Besan Chilla:
This chickpea pancake is a vegan powerhouse, flavored with onions, spices, and fresh herbs. Crispy on the outside yet soft inside, it’s both hearty and delicious.

☕ Masala Chai:
Aromatic black tea simmered with warming spices like cardamom, ginger, and cloves, then blended with plant-based milk. This soothing drink completes the Indian breakfast experience with a cozy touch.
