Directions To Make 1 Cup Of Chai : Take 1 1/4 cups of water in a small sauce pan. Add 1.5 teaspoon for lighter strength or 2 teaspoons for stronger flavor of this chai blend in the pan and boil the mixture and then let it simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Add 3/4 teaspoon sugar  ( or as per taste ) and 1/4 cup milk of your choice. Let it boil on high heat. Simmer for  4 minutes. Strain and pour into mugs. Serve hot.( Makes one 8 oz cup).
