Wellness Fridays – Avocado Toasts

Avocados are packed with potassium, calcium, folic acid, copper and fiber. They are also rich in carotenoids which helps protect the body’s immune system, which is typically much lower following a workout. Hence, they are believed to be a good post workout snack. Avocados are definitely rich in fat but it’s primarily the heart healthy fat.
