Also called protein pancakes as the main flour is chickpea flour and is a good source of proteins especially if you are gluten intolerant and vegan.

The meal kit comes with flour which is pre mixed with good herbs and Indian spices. You can just add water and make them as such but adding the following ingredients will make them more filling and wholesome.

Additional ingredients you will need:

1/2 tsp ginger paste

1/3 cup finely diced onions

Handful of chopped cilantro leaves

Handful of chopped spinach leaves or 1/3 cup of finely diced green bell pepper

1 cup water, plus 2 tbsp to adjust the consistency

Directions

Take a medium mixing bowl and dump the ingredients of this meal kit . Add 1 cup water and mix well to remove any lumps. The batter should be pancake like and smooth. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at time to adjust the consistency. Once the batter is smooth, add ginger paste, and other veggies. Mix them nicely.

Heat a medium griddle or pan to cook the pancakes. Spread a teaspoon of oil on the hot griddle and pour 1/3 cup of batter and spread gently on low heat. Cook each side for couple of minutes until golden brown. Serve them hot with a cup of masala chai. Try to consume them right away.
