There are some soups which you can enjoy right after your workout. Learn to make your own tofu soup with a good dose of veggies and mildly flavored with all the good Indian spices known to boost metabolism. You will get recipe cards for this one pot meal and a box of tofu soup to take at home. All the ingredients will be sourced locally. While the soup is cooking, we will do some bollywood dance – burn some extra calories while your meal is getting ready. All supplies provided.
