    There are some soups which you can enjoy right after your workout. Learn to make your own tofu soup with a good dose of veggies and mildly flavored with all the good Indian spices known to boost metabolism. You will get recipe cards for this one pot meal and a box of tofu soup to take at home. All the ingredients will be sourced locally. While the soup is cooking, we will do some bollywood dance – burn some extra  calories while your meal is getting ready. All supplies provided.

    Join us and learn how to cook traditional Saag Paneer, in the most authentic way and in the most authentic setting. We will make it from scratch using the finest Mustard Greens and freshly made spice blend which goes into the making of this popular dish from Northern India. You will also learn to make your own bread which goes well with Saag Paneer. This 90 minute workshop is followed by a relaxed, sit down meal. All supplies provided.
