This will be a weekly blog – yoga / post workout snacks / fitness articles/ meditation – Everything and Anything Wellness !
And let me make it very clear — this is NOT about any Fitness challenge which many fitness websites start on a monthly basis.
Nothing against those challenges but I’m bad at taking those kind of challenges, so I just can’t be doing that on my blog.
My Idea Of Being Fit……..
In all these years I learned that you need to be fit and healthy for YOU!
You need to be healthy so that you can play with your kids, go for a nature walk with your family, and just to be able to face each day with a renewed energy.
Can you enjoy life or any of its blessings when you are sick? You know the answer!
Every time I’m sick, I realize the benefits of a healthy body even more.
Believe me, during those sick days, my motivation to have a wellness regime is the strongest.
Being Fit = Healthy Mind + Healthy Body
And, if I may add :
Fit Mommy = Healthy and Happy Family
Lemon water : The wellness recipe for this week
Aids in weight loss
Detoxify our system
Clears the complexion too , thanks to the Vitamin C ( Bonus point )
