It’s definitely a white Christmas here in Springs. And for the first time, today I drove all by myself on snow clad ( icy ) roads. All thanks to our Subaru !!
I had lots of things planned for Christmas Eve. Trying at least one new recipe being one interesting part, then making a snowman with our son & attending the Midnight Mass for Christmas at a local church. Our first snowman will have to wait until tomorrow as something else came up! To tell you the truth, I thought the cookie decoration & putting up the whole Cookie tree won’t take too much time. I was wrong & it took me forever !!!!!
Lets talk more about food. We had an Italian menu for Christmas Eve dinner & here is what it looked like:
